While it currently operates only in Mexico and Brazil, Casai aims to expand its footing gradually. There's also a mobile app, allowing you to easily manage your bookings, contact customer support, and resolve issues.

How does Casai work? 

On the Casai website, enter the city you wish to visit, the preferred neighborhood, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests. Browse the results and pick one that fits your requirements and budget. The details given on the apartments are pretty descriptive to help you choose. You can go through the photos, check the amenities, and decide. 

Then, it's a matter of checking the availability and making the payment. Casai apartments are also listed on other rental sites like Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb, and you can book through them too. As for the cancellation policy, you can get a full refund if you cancel 72 hours before the check-in date. Any later, you will be charged the total amount.

They will provide it for you if it's available, and some items can incur an extra cost.
