Warning for Chaos in European Airports

EU airlines and airports are warning passengers of unusual Covid-19 screening times due to lack of proper equipment and manual checks. The EU's digital Covid-19 certificate , which provide information regarding the passengers' Covid-19 test results, is designed to be used for travel throughout the EU and will come into effect starting July 1st.
Passenger traffic is predicted to increase in the coming weeks and fear of chaos lead IATA and ERA to write a letter to EU national leaders warning them and suggesting to implement a system which allows remote passenger screening before arrival at the airport. ACI Europe Director General, Olivier Jankovec, is worried that if nothing is done to prevent the chaos, passengers may have to wait long hours before departure.
