Day 1

Grab Breakfast and Get a Tour

On your first morning in Miami, you can take a relaxing stroll and have breakfast in one of the beautiful restaurants next to Miami South Beach.

The breeze from the warm sea, dazzling coastlines, and delicious Cuban coffee should relieve you of any leftover travel jitters. Take in the beauty of the place and enjoy your morning.

Go to South Beach

You can't go to Miami and not visit South Beach. It's one of the city's most popular must-visit beaches. There's always something interesting to see here.

From the little breakfast shops to the all-you-can-ride trolley, there's plenty to see with all the locals and tourists. The trolley takes you right to the entrance of the beach. Remember to pack a suitable beach outfit and sunscreen!

Walk along the shores of the beach and take in the breathtaking sights. After you find the perfect spot, get a chair and an umbrella from the ever-present vendors and settle in. Enjoy the ocean breeze rustling through palm trees and the lapping of turquoise waves as you sunbathe on the beach.

If you want a more exciting experience, there are surfboard, kayak, and SUP rentals for daring adventures on the water. You'll also find art deco lifeguard stands sprawled around the beach. They present great opportunities for your social media pics, so remember to bring a camera!

Enjoy the Shade at Lummus Park

After spending two hours or so on South Beach, you most likely will have had your feel of the sun and will need to take a break from it.

You can head on to Lummus Park to enjoy a bit of shade. This beautiful park is nestled between South Beach and Ocean Drive. Its many beautiful palm trees provide an enchanting canopy of shade to rest under.

Here, you can lean back and take in all the activities or explore the park's length. There are bikes to rent and several board and field games to play. You can meet new people, make new friends, or simply relax!

Dinner and Sunset Drinks

After all the fun and relaxing daytime activities, you're ready to take on Miami's famous nightlife! Miami comes to life at night. You'll see Hollywood-grade people coming out for the glitz, glamor, and world wonders Miami offers.

Many restaurants and bars have breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Each boasts mouth-watering culinary delights and drinks that will knock your socks off! I loved eating at Joe's Stone Crab and Sweet Liberty. Find a great spot to enjoy dinner and a few sunset drinks.

There are also night salsa lessons if you want to have more fun before the day ends. Mojitos, music, good-looking strangers, and who knows what else the night holds for you?

Day 2

Wynwood Arts District

Start your second day in Miami with some culture and history. Wynwood is a place with a combination of both. Once a rough industrial district, Wynwood has been transformed into one of Miami's most colorful neighborhoods.

You'll want to check out the Wynwood Walls, a park filled with impressive street art. You could spend hours appreciating the genius murals sprawled around the area.

Wynwood is filled with the trendiest boutiques, restaurants, and galleries. Time will fly by swiftly as you try to take in all the enchanting sights.

Bayside Marketplace

The next thing you can do on your Miami trip is tour the Bayside Marketplace and the Wharf. Believe me when I tell you that you can spend an entire day in this place and not realize it. There's just so much to see and do!

The Bayside Marketplace has an open container policy. Sip tasty beverages as you shop and stroll through the colorful open-air market. You can grab lunch at the Wharf and watch cruising yachts and activities going on at the waterfront.

Check out Little Havana

Latin culture has a strong influence in Miami. Little Havana is one of the best places to experience Cuban culture. It's a diverse, colorful place rich in history and tradition. There are lots of art galleries and museums to visit. You'll definitely feel like you're in Cuba!

Everything from delicious Cuban coffee to authentic meals can be found in Little Havana. You can end your day here. Have dinner and nightcaps at exquisite Cuban restaurants, and salsa away with the locals.

Day 3

The third day of your trip to Miami should take you out of the city's heart and towards the natural sights of South Florida.

Everglades National Park

Grab an early breakfast and head to Everglades National park. It's much cooler in the morning, and you can see the active wildlife better.

You can go solo or join a tour. The best way to enjoy the Everglades National Park is by airboat ride. This tour will take you to a special spot in the 1.5 million-acre natural habitat. You'll see unique wildlife like manatees, turtles, alligators, and a Florida panther!

Biscayne National Park

After exploring the swamps of Florida, Biscayne National Park is a great place to cool off. You can go snorkeling, swim in the ocean, and enjoy the colorful coral reefs.

If you don't want to go in the water, you can rent kayaks and paddleboards to explore from the ocean's surface. You might even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two.

Biscayne Bay also has several fantastic hiking trails to explore. For an unforgettable experience, go parasailing for a magnificent bird's eye view of Miami bay.

Coral Gables

Coral Gables has got to be the most beautiful neighborhood in the city. This blissful place is a must-see, with gorgeous parks, stunning boulevards, and incredible buildings with terracotta roofs.

You can visit the famous Venetian pool created from a quarry in the early 20th century. The pool is filled with fresh water from underground and offers a breathtaking slice of history.
