Avinash is an expert when it comes to handling technical support needs. In addition, he has become quite the master of our hotel room booking process. In the rare case of encountering a technical bug or if you need assistance making a correction on your booking, you’ll probably hear from Avinash.

Jess is the author of many of our help articles at Pilot and leads much of our support efforts. From quick how-to answers to receiving product feature requests, Jess gets involved in just about everything Pilot has to offer. And as a true travel fanatic, she’s even got some great travel stories, too!

Meet Yu-Wei
Not only does Yu-Wei help with support directly, he is all things product management. Since his day-to-day is coordinating the development of new features and improvements, he knows Pilot inside and out! You can consider him the go-to that people who help others ask when they need help.
