Tiqets reviews have received an overall average rating of 4.5/5 stars on Trustpilot from over 20,000 reviews, with 80% of reviews rating their experience as "excellent." 

The main complaints in Tiqets reviews seem to be a lack of customer service accessibility and occasionally difficulties with tickets, such as names being omitted from QR codes. Sometimes the ticket availability doesn't reflect actual availability if you were to book directly with the museum or attraction.

You can reach out to their customer service team using email by contacting customerservice@tiqets.com, through an online chat function, or via Whatsapp. The two latter options can be accessed through their Help Center.

Tiqets Refund Policy

Of course, the unexpected can happen when traveling. You may be unable to visit the attraction for which you booked a ticket. Refunds can be an option with Tiqets, but they aren't a given. 

To receive a refund, you will have to have purchased the free cancellation add-on when initially purchasing your ticket. Or if you have booked a ticket with refunds available as per venue/attraction rules. If you qualify for either of the two above, you can request a refund through the app or via email if it does.

Is Tiqets worth it?

It would definitely be worth checking out Tiqet's in your next destination to see if they might be able to help you visit your top choices!

Tiqets could be an excellent platform for you to book and reserve tickets in advance if you're looking at local things to do. While refunds aren't always guaranteed and customer service may be hard to reach sometimes, Tiqets is still a great e-ticket app to use!
